'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' Error

Description:

I am experiencing a recurring issue with Trados Studio 2024. This morning, I was able to access my RWS account. First, I uninstalled the existing Trados Studio 2024 from my PC, which had been showing error messages. Then, I downloaded and installed Trados Studio 2024 from the "Downloads" section of my account page. However, upon opening the newly installed Trados Studio 2024 on my desktop, I encountered the same error message as before (see attached screenshot).

For MultiTerm 2024 Desktop, I followed a similar process of uninstalling and then reinstalling. Fortunately, this was successful, and MultiTerm 2024 is functioning correctly.

Context: I am trying to use Trados Studio 2024 for my translation work, but the software is not opening due to an error.

Steps Taken:

  1. Uninstalled the existing Trados Studio 2024.
  2. Downloaded and installed a fresh copy of Trados Studio 2024 from my RWS account.

Expected Outcome: I expected Trados Studio 2024 to open and function correctly after the reinstallation.

Actual Outcome: I encountered the same error message as before: 'Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService' (see attached screenshot).
