I have Trados Studio 2019 and received a free upgrade to Trados Studio 2021 a long time ago - Order Number: 610221. I have installed 2021 SR2. But I can't see the activation code anywhere. I've deactivated the license for 2019, but I still don't get any activation code. Can you help?
You need to process the upgrade to get the 2021 activation code (click on the blue ribbon and follow the steps) https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx

When I click on the blue ribbon, there's only the activation code for my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. I need the one for Trados Studio 2021.

You need to click on the ribbon saying "You have 1 available upgrade...." or on "Your available upgrade". See here the exact steps to upgrade your license: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319

2. The activation code for my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus is shown and nothing else.
However, In the document you link to, it says the following about an upgrade from 2019 to 2021:
Engineering and technical support for Trados Studio 2019 and MultiTerm Desktop 2019 and all previous versions has ended.
This means that if you did not have a Support and Maintenance contract the upgrade will not be in your RWS account.
If you wish to upgrade an 'end of support' Trados Studio product and the upgrades are not in your RWS Account you will need to purchase an upgrade to the latest version.

The link after "for more information please visit" is not a help. It is just for purchasing Studio 2024, which is not what I want.
You should have informed me if you added an expiry date for activation of Studio 2021. I archive all important info from RWS about Trados Studio and there's no email warning me that I have to activate Studio 2021 by a certain date.
So how do I activate my Trados Studio 2021???
As already mentioned, I received a perpetual license for it with order numer 610221.

That message refers to clients who own a valid support contract and receive free upgrades based on that. There is no expiration date to your Trados 2021. You need to click on the blue ribbon and then follow all the steps. So, for example here, you would need to click Upgrade (1) and then follow the remaining steps, wait for 1-2 minutes and then you'll have the activation code for Trados 2021.

Thank you! so the green square to the right is actually a button! I understood "Upgrade" as a noun, i.e. just info summarizing what is shown under "SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus"
Maybe a UX expert should take a look at it. I suggest "Click here to upgrade"
