Trados Studio 2024 didn't automatically start using its license after the 30 day trial period.

Hi I tried to activate (again) the license after the 30 day trial period was over (end of July) and I got this screenb:

I clicked on "Mon compte" to access my current licenses, I got this screen:

You can see that my license for Studio 2024 is not "disponible" (0)  I clicked on "Réinitialiser la licence" (Reset the license) and I got this screen saying that I could not reset (or reactivate) my license:

It seems I tried too many times last time, but why is this message still present?
