I want to cancel an order I haven't paid yet

Hi,

I need to cancel the current pending order (No. 754027) for which I failed to pay because your Online Order System was then down.

Now, I have to cancel this order due to a personal issue.

Can you please help me cancel this order? I will be re-ordering later when the issue is solved.
