Resetting license online is not possible

As I bought a new laptop, I deactivated the license of the Trados Studio 2019 on the old laptop. And then I visited my account and license page, but Reset License button only brings an Error page repeatedly. I think I have nothing to do on my side but want to see that the button works normally. (And then I will be able to my own license on newly installed Trados Stuido). Please help me.
