Hi
I tried to upgrade network license from 2022 to 2024. Unfortunately, it fails with an error message. "OOS system has failed to Upgrade the Licenses due to Invalid Expiry Date.We have informed the same to Adminstrators and Order processing team to correct the licence Expiry Date." Of course I have purchased a license and I know how to upgrade my license rws on web. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem?
