Valid licence not available in account

Hello,

in our account we have two licences available for SDL Trados Studio Professional 2024. When clicking on "Verfügbare Upgrades" (Available upgrades) there is only one licence shown. How can we find the missing licence?

Background information: we weren't able to deactive one active licence (SDL Trados Studio Professional 2022 - 17.2.10.19084) online. When trying we were redirected to the RWS support page. Is there something wrong with this specific licence?
