I have checked your account and your license code appears in Use:
In order to activate again the program, please try a license reset from your RWS account--> Licenses tab, as indicated on this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/articles/SolutionArticles/000001616?articleNam. After the license reset, you just need to download the program form your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Downloads tab and activate it.
