I bought a new computer recently and want to transfer my Trados 2022 license from the older computer to the new one. To deactivate the license offline, the instruction says in step 2-2 "In the Product Activate dialog box, click the Deactivate Offline link" But my Product Activate dialog box is as the attached file and does not show the Deactivate Offline link. What can I do?

You don't need to deactivate, you need to activate. If you have a license, please click Activate and copy and paste the code from your account, Products and Plans - Licenses. Thanks for the reply. But I don't know where the activation code is. I originally bought Studio 2019 and received the activation code for that. Then upgraded to 2022 and at that time, I think I didn't receive any code. Can I still use the code I received as 2019?
I opened my RWS account and by pressing the "reset license" button, I found one activation code and 2 "fulfillments". But when I put the activate code on my Trados, it shows an error message like this.
Should I use one of 2 fulfillments after pressing the "reset license" button?
When I tried to reset one of 2 licenses, I got this error.
