You need to deactivate from one computer (from Trados, Help - Product activation), install Trados on the new computer (from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads) and then activate Trados with the code from Products and Plans - Licenses. https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx

It's quite complicated. I uninstalled trados from the second computer. But I don't know where to deactivate the license on one of them. It says I have two uses, but I've already uninstalled it from the second laptop. What can I do to make them recognize that I no longer have trados on the second old computer?

Please try to reset an activation from your RWS account--> Licenses tab: Reset Single User licenses (sdl.com), and kindly inform us if you encounter any issues with the process.
