Transferring license to a new computer and upgrade

Question

I have a dual license for Trados Studio 2019 on two computers. I would like to transfer one of them to new computer and upgrade the license to a later version. 
 
 Can you please help me with the transfer and upgrade? Can you give me a phone number for tech support so somebody can walk me through?

 If you have a support contract then you can ask for this kind of support. You'll also find the details of how to do this in your account. 
 If you don't have a support contract then you have two options: 
 
 buy a support contract
