Studio 2024 as update of Studio 2022: License cannot be deactivated (error message ID 125)

Question

Studio 2024: I have updated Studio 2022 to Studio 2024. I can not open a word file as a single file to be translated from the welcome menue. I tried to deactivate my license to reinstall the studio 2024 software but failed and got instead an error message (ID 124). I feel like I had not to delete the Studio version 2022 after updating to 2024. I need urgently a version of Studio 2024 which works as intended and more a correct installation (is the Studio version 2022 still necessary for the version 2024 or not?). Thanks.
