Problems activating Trados on second device with Freelance plus

Hi,
I purchased the upgrade to Freelancer Plus 2024. I activated the licence on my desktop computer, no problem, however, when I tried to activate it on my laptop, it didn't work, but in my RWS Account it shows that now both activations are in use. On my laptop the licence is not activated, though.
I had the same problem when I tried to activate Trados 2022 on my new laptop in March, I deactivated the licence on my old laptop and tried to activate it on my new one. The case I logged was this:
"[...]in my SDL Account 1 used (PC) and one free license was displayed, however, when I tried to activate Trados on my new laptop I was told there were currently no liceses available. (I was asked if I wanted to open connection settings, which I did, and the internet connectivity check was successful.)"
However, this didn't help. After my licence had been reset and the problem came up again and again it took a remote session in which, I seem to remember, a super remote file was renamend, because there was some kind of weird conflict.
As I need to work with Trados on my laptop in the next two weeks, I'd be happy if you could help me solve the problem as soon as possible.
I can't find an option to log a case directly anymore, but here (https://gateway.sdl.com/articles/en_US/UserGuide/000002535) it says that I need to post a question in the forum and then a moderator will log a case for you if it is not solved via the suggestions or the available knoweldge articles
