License issue - Trados Studio 2017 (Freelance Plus)

Hello,

I have Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus with two licenses. I would like to transfer one of these licenses from my old laptop to my new one, but I cannot find them in my account. I had this exact same problem in January 2023 and I also had to file an issue here before I could find my licenses in my account. This is very strange and I wonder whether it would be possible to solve this issue permanently.

For now, please help!

(I am aware that I have two accounts, and last time the licenses ended up being in the one linked with the email address ending in .at. But I cannot find them there now either.)
