Free trial renewal

Hi there,

could you please help me with the following problem:

I installed Trados 2 years ago and used the trial period for a few days. This period is of course long gone.

At this moment I`ve successfully installed Trados, and I`m trying to use the free trial again on the same laptop (new email, new password), but somehow it doesn`t work.

I get this message after starting the program: Evaluation Expired [210026] 

Any help will be much appreciated.
