Hello, I purchased Trados Studio 2024 but it crashes when launching. The reason seems to be the problem event CLR20r3 error. I am using Windows 8.1 and have tried various fixes unsuccessfully, including launching in compatibility mode. Is there any way I could use Studio 2024 on Windows 8.1 or is it definitely not compatible? What should I do before I consider updating the operating system?
