When I tried to deactivate Trados Studio 2021 on my PC, an unusual Japanese word botton "切断" meaning "disconnection" was showed in a deactivating dialog box. I had no problem with the network connection. Once I clicked it, the Trados Studio was terminated, and since then never be able to be activated, with the indication of "There is no licence." My account page shows all the unavaiiable licences (that are in use) . What am I supposed to do?
