Activation key issue (continued)

Hi,

I tried to get some help yesterday for deactivating the license I purchased in 2021. Unfortunately your solution did not help at all. I am currently in Denmark and need Trados for a job very urgently. The info displayed on your site refers to a temporary license I applied for a few days ago to solve the problem. I never received any confirmation for that. There are 2 solutions:

1) Provide a key for the temporary license to help me solve the problems until I am home again or

2) Deactivate the license I bought in 2021 to enable me to activate it on my laptop. I downloaded Trados last night.

Can you please help? I used 2 email addresses, my personal one for the temporary license and my business email adddress for the license purchased in 2021.
