Cannot sign in in Trados Studio 2021

Question

I cannot sign in to my Trados Studio 2021 using my RWS credentials 
 It says that my SDL ID is not linked to any SDL Language Cloud account and that I should create an account or contact my Language Cloud account administrator, I was previously signed in with my credentials, but I had a problem trying to open a specific project and then decided to sign out and cannot sign in again. 
 I have already tried to delete and add the server again, change my password, clean the browser history, cookies and cache, but it did not work. 
 I talked to a RWS Manager and she did not know how to help me with this. 
 Could anyone help me with that please?
