Hi,
When trying to repair my MultiTrans PRISM Freelance v3 (version 5.0) permanent license I get this message:
Your computer is not the same as the one recorded with the activation. Contact support for further help. The license could not be repaired. Error: 7581.
I don't understand why. I was using MultiTrans on this computer last year.
Can someone please help me?
