De- and re-activating my Studio 2015 license fails (Windows 11)

Hi, 
 After resolving some error messages, I finally managed to install my Studio 2015 version under Windows 11 on my new laptop. 
 What I need is a deactivation and reactivation of my license. De- and re-activating with my license code via the Studio 2015 menu fails (I get an error message saying that activation server cannot be reached) and I cannot figure out how the offline de- and re-activation works. 
 Is there a way SDL/RWS can deactivate/reactivate my license for me (or give me clear instructions to follow)? I only need one version on my laptop.
