Hello,
I’ve just bought the upgrade from Studio 2022 Freelance Plus to Studio 2024 Freelance Plus.
I’ve installed Studio 2024. When I open it, I have to enter the licence number.
In My Account, in Licences, at the top of the page, in blue, it says that I have a licence to upgrade. I click on it, then on the following page I select "1" (licence to upgrade) and then I click to upgrade ("Effectuer la mise à niveau") but nothing happens. My licence is not upgraded and I don’t have the new licence number.
