I have bought trados studio 2024 but cannot register it. I checked the license code and entered it on the registration pop-up.
However, my trados app is still asking me to input the code. Moreover, my license information on the website says I already registered it.
I need someone to solve my problem or help me solve it myself.

However, it seems to me like my problem is not yet solved.
Every time I launch my Trados Studio 2024 app on my PC, it asks me whether to register or continue using it as a trial version.
Please reply to our technical team for the Support Case Id : 00864912, and one of my colleagues will help you further with the activation.
