Can you explain what you mean by your account? Is your problem just that you can't get in because you forgot your password?

No I have a license code.
The thing is I can't reset my license, since I have made a lot of reset recently.
There was a problem with my computer and I reinstalled trados a lot of times without deactivation.
I didn't know there's a limit with resetting license.
