Change of licenses from Trados 2021 to Trados 2022

Hi,

We acquired Trados 2022 licenses this year and want to make the change effective. Yesterday, we attempted to deactivate the 2021 licenses and activate the 2022 ones, but encountered an issue where we cannot deactivate these licenses from our RWS account. Do you need to handle this on your end? Could you please confirm if you are the ones who need to deactivate the licenses, and if so, when you could carry this out?
