Assistance Needed to Restore Trados Studio 2022 License After System Restore

Hello,

I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask. If not, please advice me to who can I write.  I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered after restoring my system from a backup image.

Recently, my Windows 11 system became inoperable following an update. As a result, I had to restore my system using an image backup I created several months ago. At the time the backup was made, I was using Trados Studio 2021. However, since then, I have purchased a license for and upgraded to Trados Studio 2022 (and 2024).

Unfortunately, the system restoration has reverted my software to Trados Studio 2021, and I am now unable to access the Trados Studio 2022. I am unsure how to proceed with reactivating the 2022 license. I tried to reset the license but it returned message that an error has occurred.

Could you please advise me on the steps I need to take to restore my Trados Studio 2022 license and get back to work? If you require any additional information, I would be happy to provide it.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Kind regards,
Rositsa Stratieva
