I've just upgraded from Trados Studio 2021 to 2024, but while the upgrade seems to have processed correctly, I can see nothing new in my Studio and nothing to download and install, is this right? Thanks!

I have checked your account and the upgrade seems to be processed correctly.
In order to install the new version Trados Studio 2024 please go to your RWS account: RWS Account (sdl.com) and download the installer from the section Products&Plans--> Downloads. Also, the activation code is located on your RWS account under Licenses tab.

Thanks very much, all downloaded and installed now :-). One thing I did need to check though, is how to create/link a cloud account, as I may need this to work from my lap top. The message I get when I sign in is:
