Hello,
I have had a problem with Trados. It was crashing constantly and in the end I had to format my computer and install the software from scratch. So I didn't have a chance to deactivate my licence beforehand and now my activation code is not recognized at the moment. Could you please help me with that?

You will need to reset your license to make it available for use again.
Please follow the procedure indicated on this article: Reset Single User licenses (sdl.com). You just need to log in your RWS account: RWS Account (sdl.com), and perform a license reset from Licenses tab.
