Account linked to lapsed subscribtion deactivated

Hello,

I need help with my account being deactivated.

It was linked to a licence owned through subscription, whiched has lapsed.

Now, I have purchased a perpetual licence, but the account cannot be used with the "live" part of Trados.

Should I wait, since I bought this a couple hours ago ?

If not, please assist with this situation!

    Yes, I still need help.

    Let me try to be more clear :

    I used to use Trados with a subscription, but I did not need it for a while, and i just forgot about it.

    Today I decided to buy a permanent licence, and what is happening is when I try to access the Language Cloud with the email address associated (the one I used with the subscription too), I get the message that the account is "Terminated".

    This is my issue.

    So, I can activate Trados on my computer, but cannot work online too. Maybe it's not a "licence" issue, but I'm not sure where to ask otherwise.
