The Trados Studio 2022 license installer can be found in your RWS account under the Products&Plans section in the Downloads tab, with the activation code available in the Licenses tab.
It seems that your license code is in Use, you will need to reset your license to make it available for use again. Before the activation, please follow this procedure to reset your license code: Reset Single User licenses (sdl.com)
