I am unable to sign into my Studio 2017 SR1-14.1.10018.54792 account from within Trados. I can sign in on the sdl.com website and see my license etc. but from Trados it either says that the password is incorrect or just shows the rotating wheel symbol for hours. I have followed forum advice and
- updated and restarted windows several times
- I have reset my password, several times
- I have repaired my Trados installation from the programs folder but no luck.
The problem has been reported in this forum several times but the response on each occasion was we will contact you or contact gatewayhelp@sdl.com. Which I have also done. Their hard working Senior Technical Support Manager Vlad Bondor got back to me at 22:44 on a bank holiday evening to tell me to report it here.
Please help! I have had to turn down a 400 euro job because of the delay caused so far. It would have been a nightmare, if I had already been working on it.
