I can't find the Installation ID for an Offline deactivation

Hello,

I've a 2019 freelance license and I'm struggling to deactivate it from my laptop and reactivate it on my PC. This is the second time I'm trying to get some help. I've got this message from the RWS Support:

I can confirm that the license has been reset and it is available in your account.

The 2019 version no longer supports the ONLINE activation/deactivation process. Please use th OFFLINE instructions on how to activate/deactivate the license:   https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001383

Please let me know if you require further assistance in this matter, otherwise the request will be closed in 24 hours.

....I've found the page but I CAN'T FIND MY INSTALLATION ID (which I need it for the offline deactivation)...CAN YOU PLEASE, TELL ME WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
