Issue with trados 2024 installation executable

Question

Hi everyone, we are trying to install Trados Studio 2024 on a PC where there are some older versions of the software because the user has still some work to do on the 2019 one. 
 We have downloaded the installer provided in the download dashboard, once we run the .exe we get an "interpreter exception" error and the installer closes up on as soon as it hits the "installing microsoft visual C++ 2022 redistributable" step.

 We have already tried to install the Microsoft Visual C++ component with the microsoft standalone version but it didn't work anyway. We have attached everything related the error, if anything else is going to be needed let us know.

Via a remote session we noticed that the issue seems to be related to the fact that the OS thinks it has an older version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 x86, even thought we installed the latest version. This is an OS issue and I would recommend a clean install so that this issue can be fixed for the long term. This issue can appear again when you want to Update Studio 2024. If you do not get that issue when Updating Studio 2024 you can work as is. 
 We managed to solve the issue by installing Studio 2024 via the modules, by following the contents of this article: gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge 
 We have also fixed your Subscription and the number of devices which you can connect is three, as the License says.
