Cannot activate Trados Studio 2024

Question

Hello, 
 
 I cannot activate my Trados Studio 2024 license. I just tried and got an error message. I then reset the license, waited 30 minutes and tried again. Got the same error message (see below). How can I activate my Software? 
 Under Licenses (in my account) it says the license IS activated but it does not work on my computer!
