If you need to transfer your license from one computer to another, please deactivate the license from your computer , install the software on the new computer (please download the installer from your RWS account), and then activate the license license on your new computer.
To deactivate the license from the product please open Studio, and select Help - Product activation - and click on Deactivate button
In case your computer crashed, or you can no longer access studio from your old computer, please try a license reset from your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> License tab.
Please let us know if you encounter any issue with the reset procedure.
