I'm trying to activate my licence on my new PC, but I am unable to access my old PC to uninstall Trados Studio. I have tried to deactivate my licence online, but there is no option to do so, only offline. When I try the offline option I get an error message. Please help!

I haven't received an answer, I still have no acceess to my Trados, which I need ASAP.
After checking with my colleagues, it seems the license has been reset and you received an answer on the 29th of August. Please check your inbox. In any case, please activate your Trados with the activation code from your RWS account, Products and Plans - Licenses https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx
