License activation error

Question

Hello, 
 
 My Trados Studio 2024 software is showing the license is not activated yet, but my account 'already' 1 in use. 
 I already tried 'reset license' 3 times and offline activation several times. 
 When I tried the offline activation, it's shown the error below 
 I believe the valication is failed of activation certificate code (I assure that I copied from account/email both and pasted it). 
 
 My internet setting works well as I can open and write o this community web. 
 
 Please help.
