Deactivate/reactivate a license when the RWS account is not accessible

Hello,

I need to deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 licence offline and to reactivate it on my new computer but I can't do it because when I try to sign in on RWS with the email address my licence is associated to, it triggers a verification email. The issue is the email address in question does no longer exist so I can't access my other RWS account to deactivate/reactivate the licence by myself. I created a new RWS account following the emails exchanged with community@rws.com in order to get in touch with Support.
