Off line deactivation failed

I deactivated on line and when I entered the code in Trados, I got no issue.

But after I received the e-mail with the "Offline Deactivation Authorization" and filled the box in my browser, I got an error and my recently reactivated product license is still marked as non available. I wanted to get this second license transferred to an upgraded SSD and I need it.
