Can't access to the Language cloud

Hello, I need your help asap!

I bought Trados Studio Freelance 2022 which, I believe, includes access to the Language cloud.
Having a problem of the pc on which Studio is installed, I'm trying to access directly to the cloud, but the popup "Account is terminated" shows and doesn't proceed.  

Could you please resolve it as soon as possible? Thank you in advance!
