Hello,

I have recently bought a Trados 2024 licence and I am not able to use the Software localisation function because of "InsufficientPrivileges - 108.

I am not able to deactivate the Passolo 2011 licence.

I tried the following:

1. Press "Deactivate" button in Trados 2024.  Then "Error occurred retrieving your licence" appears and  when I have entered the activation code manually, it says "Desactivation failed" and "IInsufficientPriviliges -108"

2. I click on Deactivate offline: Offline deactivation failed after I entered the activation code.

3. In my RWS account the "Reset licence" option doesn't appear next to Passolo. 

I don't have access to the old computer where the Passolo 2011 was activated and that should have been desactivated. 

My Trados 2024 licence is: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

My Passolo licence is: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
