Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account

Hello,

pls, can you help us to resolving the following issue?

The user has an account created in our company account and user cloud account has been licensed but when they try to sign in in the activation window or in the app in both cases 

an error appears:" Your RWS ID is not linked to any cloud account. Create an account or contact your cloud account admin".
