Technical problems with Trados Certification

Good evening,

I am Lorenzo Leo. I purchased the Trados certification last week and I have been having some problems with accessing the material avaliable to sit the exam. Everytime I try to open the "Workbook", the "sample files" or the "Presentation" relative to each level of the Trados Studio certification, an error message pops up: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable." Can you help me to fix this problem? If not, would you be so kind as to adress me to someone who can?
