hello,
cannot activate,
only I input the key, a message pops up, saying FAILED.
however, when visit the license page, the copy is activated. but actually the trados on my computer is not actually activated. what happened..??
please help me.

Before the activation, please try to reset the license code from your RWS account--> Products&Plans--> Licenses tab: gateway.sdl.com/.../000001616.

I reset it three times already. The same occurred. Now, resetting itself is impossible. the minimum allowable reset time is just three.
No way to overcome the current situation.

Could you please specify which version of Trados you are attempting to activate?
