Passolo licensing error: "No network licensing server available on host PASSOLO", though the license is activated in the license server manager

Question

I had activated my Passolo 2022 Team Unlimited Edition (Network SN) license initially back in June 2024. But in August, the license got locked temporarily and I had been using a trial version from RWS. 
 Now that the trial version of the Passolo 2022 Team Unlimited Edition (Network SN) has expired and our purchased license has been unlocked, I wanted to go back using our license, but Passolo won&rsquo;t recognize the license when opening Passolo. 
 I get an error saying, &ldquo;No network licensing server available on host PASSOLO&rdquo;. 
 
 But in the Trados License Manager, I can see our Passolo &ndash; Team Unlimited Commuter 2022 license as activated.

What do I have to do to be able to activate the product again?
