I am having the same issue. And when I try to do an offline activation, every time I enter my activation code the window disappears and it says: "The requested service is not available: Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService."
Please open a new thread to post about your issue, and I will open a case with the technical team.

I have the same problem, can you help me to activate?
Same advice as above, please create a new thread. We have an automated system based on the thread initiator and you are not Julien Lafrost.
