Unable to activate Trados Freelance Personal on New PC

I'm in the process of switching to a new PC and need to move Trados over. When I attempt to log in on the new device, I get an error message that "Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription." I returned to the old PC to attempt to deactivate it, and in doing so, it's now giving me the same error. I can't log into either device. Any suggestions?
