Cant upgrade my Studio 2022 licences to 2024

Question

I deactivated the 2022 licences on my licence server. 
 Logged int to my sdl account and upgraded the licences from 2022 to 2024. 
 Copied the activation code on my RWS acount 
 Inserted the code into my licence manger and clicked upgrade 
 Got the following message
