Error 502 when trying to download Trados Studio / Multiterm 2021 SR2 from RWS Account

I am currently setting up Trados Studio and Multiterm on a new laptop.

When trying to download Trados Studio / Multiterm 2021 SR2 from my RWS Account, I receive the following error:

502 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.


CloudFront wasn't able to connect to the origin. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.

I have already reset the license to re-activate it on the new laptop later. My company does not have a more recent license.

Does this error have to do with Trados Studio and Multiterm leaving support later this year?
