I am trying to upgrade my 2021 Studio licence to 2024. I have not used the 2021 licence in some time and 2021 Studio is installed on an old computer, which I do not have access to. When I try to upgrade the 2021 licence, it appears that I do not have any available upgrades. I reset the 2021 licence but I am still unable to activate it and, consequently, I am unable to purchase the new 2024 licence. I tried to reactivate the 2021 licence offline but I do not have the installation ID. Please let me know how I can purchase the upgrade to 2024.
